In line with the economic policy based on the principle of competition pursued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the great developments taking place in the economic field, and with a desire to enhance and confirm the climate of competition in the business sector, Royal Decree No. (M/75) dated 6/29/1440 AH was issued approving the Competition Law . Where the system aims to protect and encourage fair competition, and combat monopolistic practices that affect legitimate competition.
